The extensive level of personalisation goes beyond just choosing from a RAL colour. You can also specify it in a satin, matt or gloss finish.

From there, textured finishes are also available, so you can create your look and feel, just as you like it.

You’re even able to advise if you want a different colour on the interior to exterior with our dual colour option. This means you can complement the external building style whilst blending or contrasting with your internal colour scheme.

Note: Dual colour is not available on Sliding Doors and Internal Doors.

For example, we are the only company in the UK to have our own linishing machine. This is responsible for removing scratches and blemishes from aluminium profile prior to it being powder coated. Furthermore, the industry norm is to have 5-7 stages of pre-treatment cleaning. With us, we have 10. This means that the surface is the cleanest possible and is receptive and primed for an even and exceptional finish.

Normally, the powder coating process involves chrome, which can then be a pollutant to the water supply. Our investment in technology and equipment has ensured that we are able to provide a powder coating application process which is completely chrome‑free.

With all aspects of production in-house, we’re also putting less mileage on your products.

Here at Origin, we take a lot of pride in being able to deliver the best quality products in the quickest lead times available. With our powder coating facility, we can paint straight to line, as well as holding significant levels of stock in popular colours. This means that if you wanted a door or window in one of these, you will benefit from receiving it on a never-seen-before lead time.

It’s a zero lead time promise, called ‘Your Lead Time, Not Ours’, and it means that you specify when you want the products delivered, so it can fit in with your build schedule and our manufacturing is controlled by your requirements. Whether that’s for a day, a week or a month, Origin will be able to deliver.
