Home Extension Complete with Origin Doors and Windows

Situated in picturesque Devon, this property underwent renovation when the owners decided to build an extension to the rear of their home. The property is owned by Christie and her husband, Harry – who share the home with their two playful dogs.

A Light and Airy Vision...

Christie and Harry had an idea of how they wanted their extension to look before they even started renovating. Increasing natural light was one of the biggest reasons for the renovation. The couple wanted a lot of glass and slim frames to achieve a light and airy space with views out to the garden. Since they can be completely opened up, bi-fold doors were a priority for the couple as they wanted to feel closer to their garden that they spend a lot of time in during the summer. Christie and Harry also wanted to fill a lot of the wall space with fixed windows to allow for more natural light and a further illusion of space. The couple say that friends and family comment on how nice the doors and windows are all the time and said that given the chance to do the whole thing again, they wouldn’t change a thing.
