At Origin, we understand that if you’re doing a building project, doors and windows are probably some of the last things to be ordered as you’d be waiting on set aperture sizes before being able to proceed.
The industry average lead is around 4-6 weeks, and that’s quite a long time to be waiting, especially if there are any delays in the project. Even things like errors in the order can leave you waiting for that period of time again.
Therefore, we have re-written the rules for manufacturing and sourcing. In fact, we have invested significantly in stock of components and profile of the most popular colours, so we’re able to manufacture and deliver certain products within 24-hours if you wanted us to.
Your Lead Time, Not Ours…
We also know that delivery in 24-hours may not always be convenient, so instead of giving a set lead time, you are able to specify when you want your goods delivered. You’re able to control our manufacturing schedule, so if you want your products in a day, a week or a month, Origin will deliver.
