Influencer Case Study

This stunning install is a result of a successful collaboration with Laura Zireva @homeatspringbank via Instagram. The partnership came about when discussing the impact internal doors can have on a space, and how 'zoned living' is increasing in popularity. Laura's home featured an ideal opening where her snug met her kitchen-dining space; although she had previously considered adding a door partition, nothing ever stood out to her as a worthy investment... that was until she saw the Origin OI-30 Soho Internal door. 

Home at Springbank features beautifully designed interiors with accents of farmhouse styling and a neutral green colour palette running seamlessly through-out. Trying to avoid anything too industrial or harsh, Laura stayed clear of the traditional black Soho style doors we are so used to seeing on Social Media. Instead, opting for Pebble Grey, RAL 7032M, a pale grey shade with undertones of beige and green that perfectly complement her homes existing interiors. 

Finally, the doors were finished off with our Antique Brass Signature Knurled Handle & Satin Brass Lock plate and Hinges, to mirror the accents of brass hardware she has running through out her kitchen. Laura described the hardware to be the deciding factor in her decision, being an interior styling influencer, Laura has an eye for the details and our Signature Knurled Handle was exactly what she was looking for. 

Since the install, Laura has completely fallen in love with her Internal Doors, stating, "I genuinely can't imagine the space without them; not only do they look incredible, but I love being able to shut off the snug, the space just makes so much more sense now." And Laura isn't the only one enjoying her doors, since sharing with her large audience on Instagram, she has been met with hundreds of comments and messages, complimenting the doors and how they were made for the space. 

As well as her Internal door, Laura's home featured a set of tired, white, UPVC bi-folding doors and a matching window, that she had been keen to replace for a while. Looking for something slightly more stylish, Laura had been looking into 'heritage/soho' style French doors, although, found it hard to let go of the practicality of being able to fully open up the space with her existing bi-folds. However, with the recent launch of the Origin Soho External Bifold Doors, the next steps of this project seemed clear.

This second phase involved replacing the External Doors and Windows to match the style of her newly installed Internal Door to create a uniformed Soho look. Using our OW-70 Window with flat trim to mimic the look of it's neighbouring OB-36 Soho Bi-fold, the two products sit in harmony. Both seen in the same Pebble Grey, 7032M as the Internal Door, the group of products create a consistent feel flowing through both the inside and outside of this gorgeous home. 

Our brand new OB-36 Soho Bifold door can be seen in a 3+0 configuration with two true divides, as well as a state of the art locking block to create the perfect, on-trend 'Soho' look. For hardware, Laura opted for colour matched 7032M accessories, including escutcheon plate to create a seamless look that heroed her favourite handle as the vocal point, our External Signature Knurled Handle in Antique Brass. This handle has been meticulously engineered with precision-cut diamond patterns. It's luxurious weight feels substantial in your hand, while its intricate texture exudes sophistication and adds a touch of opulence to any space. Designed to elevate the ordinary, this handle embodies both form and function, acting as the perfect finishing touch to any door set.

This collaboration is a true representation of Origin. With our bespoke offering, Laura was able to create her dream suite of Soho Doors that truly encompass her interior style.
