With dreams of creating the perfect showcase, modern home, this family focussed on creating clean lines and contrasting features that were highlighted through clever use of both natural and artificial lighting. Glazing was a huge vocal point of this property, using the doors and windows, not only as a commodity product, but a design feature that transformed this property from your basic detached home, to a stand out show piece. Across their doors and windows the couple opted for RAL colour 7016M, Anthracite Grey, this deep cool toned grey allowed for the perfect contrast against the properties bright white render and it’s green surroundings. Creating eye-catching moments throughout the homes architecture is what makes this property so special; Using impressive floor to ceiling gable windows as well as two story stacked Bi-fold sets, the homeowners have used symmetry and considered placement of their glazing to give their home the real wow factor.

Since completing their renovation, the couple couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
